Millers All Day Now Open on James Island

Millers All Day, the popular all-day breakfast and brunch spot in downtown Charleston, opened their James Island location this morning. The new restaurant is located in the Terrace Plaza at 1956 Maybank Hwy – in the former home of Zia Taqueria (which has since moved to 1939A Maybank Hwy.).

Much like its downtown counterpart, the James Island location boasts a menu of classic and modern takes on breakfast and brunch favorites.

For the second location, co-owners Nathan Thurston and Greg Johnsman set out to create a “coastal vibe with mid-century inspired details,” while also incorporating design elements found in the King Street location. The new space will feature a full-service bar, as well as indoor and outdoor seating options. New menu additions include a menu of breakfast shots, as well as “unicorn grit tater tots” that feature Johnsman’s Marsh Hen Mill heirloom cornmeal.
