Inaugural Charleston’s Fastest Bartender Contest to be Hosted Monday Nights in October at Ireland’s Own Irish Pub

Each week, 12-15 contestants will face off in 3 rounds: shots, mixed drinks, and a 7-ingredient margarita. The winners of each week move on to the finals to be crowned Charleston’s Fastest Bartender. Speed and accuracy will be key to hearing the highly-desired trademarked phrase “That’s a Good One!”. The winner will receive a trophy, a cash prize, and bragging rights for a lifetime. Entry fee is $100. There are a limited number of slots for competitors and they fill up fast, so don’t wait; sign up now to earn your place in bartending immortality!

The contest will be hosted by the one and only Billy Reilly. Crowned the fastest bartender in Vegas in both 1991 and 1992, Billy has continued his legacy as Manager for Fishbowl Spirits LLC, the spirits company privately owned by Kenney Chesney, VP of Sales and Marketing for Old Dominion Spirits, and Commissioner of the Fastest Bartender Contest. Well-known by many celebrities across the US, Billy is infamous for his addictive energy and epic legacy. NOBODY, BUT NOBODY, sees it closer than the commissioner!

Partial proceeds from the contest will be donated to local charities Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary and Pattison’s Academy.
