Paint-Your-Own-Pottery Studio Coming to James Island
Owners Pete Rivas and Sarah Bradbury say Pluff Mud Pottery will be a creative space where artists and non-artists of all ages and skill levels can unwind and get artsy.
Customers come in and find a piece they like and paint it. The studio will glaze it and fire it in their kiln and the customer can come back and pick it up a week later, or they can have it shipped out. The studio also plans to do holiday/birthday/bachelorette parties, take home kits, pop ups at breweries to paint beer steins, and more.
