SAVI Cucina + Wine Bar to Host Bourbon Dinner on October 25th
The featured bourbons, including High West’s popular High Country and Double Rye, plus limited selections Rendezvous, Campfire, A Midwinter Night’s Dram and more, will each be paired with a course prepared by SAVI Culinary Director Michael Semancik, Executive Chef Jordan Aldrich and Executive Pastry Chef Jason Sturdevant. Guests can look forward to dishes like Crispy Berkshire Pork Belly, Blackberry Lacquered Duck Breast, and Espresso and Chili Rubbed Wagyu Brisket.
For an extra treat, founder of Perro Grande Cigars, Ed Lugo will be onsite, hand-rolling his popular cigars.
