Bistronomy by Nico and Three Crosses Distilling Company are partnering to host an exclusive Whiskey Tasting on Saturday, October 29th at 1 pm. The culinary team from Bistronomy will serve two courses, beginning with a braised short rib dish, followed by a bourbon-infused dessert. The courses will pair with the three featured pours from Three Crosses Distilling Company – Three Noble Crosses American Barrel Proof Whiskey, Noble Hound Rye Whiskey, and the Three Crosses Coffee Flavored Whiskey.
