Charleston County Hosting Free Probate Court Workshops
Press Release
Charleston County Probate Judge Irv Condon is conducting free workshops on Probate Court’s EZ-Filing System. Charleston County is the first probate court in South Carolina to offer electronic filing or e-filing. The EZ-Filing system, implemented by Judge Condon, allows citizens to file documents electronically rather than having to come to the courthouse. “The goal of this program is to allow residents to save time and travel, particularly those living in our rural areas,” said Judge Condon.
