Big John’s Tavern Collecting Bras for a Cause
If you remember the original Big John’s Tavern, chances are you remember the bar’s ceiling decorations – a plethora of bras. The owners of the new Big John’s Tavern decided to pay homage to the original by collecting new bras to be donated to Florence Crittenton Programs.
From now through November 2nd, you can bring a new bra to Big John’s and they’ll hook you up with $5 in “Big John’s Bucks” to be used in the bar.
Then, on November 3rd, the tavern will have a “bra blowout party” where each bra donated will get you $10 in “Big John’s Bucks” and a portion of the event’s proceeds will be donated to Florence Crittenton. The party, which runs from 7 pm to 10 pm, will include live music and is free to attend.
