PURE Theatre + King BBQ Offering ‘Build Your Own Sandwich’ Bar for Closing Night of Clyde’s

In the show, creating the perfect sandwich is the shared quest of the formerly incarcerated kitchen staff of Clyde’s, a truck stop café. In real life, guests can build their own perfect sandwich to fill up before the show and choose from pork or veggie for their base and red onion, hot mustard, pickles, and dale sauce as toppings. Each sandwich will be served with potato chips.

King BBQ is a new concept opening in spring 2023 from Shuai and Corrie Wang of Jackrabbit Filly. They currently operate a pop-up at Edmund’s Oast Brewing Company on Tuesdays from 11 am to 9 pm – or until they sell out.
