East West Partners Named Best Place to Work

Published

East West Partners, a Colorado-based real estate and community developer that has worked on several projects in the Charleston area, today announced it has earned an ‘Honorable Mention’ in Outside Magazine’s 2022 Best Places to Work list. This the second time East West Partners has been a part of this program, having earned the No. 36 spot in 2019.

“I am tremendously proud that the culture we have built at East West Partners has resulted in this recognition,” said Chris Frampton, CEO of East West Partners. “The results stem from the direct feedback of our employees all over the country and it’s gratifying to know that they feel that the practices, policies and benefits we’ve put in place make them feel valued and provide a great place to work.”

Participating organizations must complete a two-part process to be considered for inclusion on the list. The first part evaluates each company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics and the second part consists of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combines score determines the top companies. Honorable Mention companies achieved a high enough score to be recognized beyond the Top 50 list.

“East West Partners is an incredible company and the culture is felt in every corner of it,” said East West Partners Director of Marketing Kristin Tootle. “It’s amazing to be a part of a team that has a shared passion for giving back to our employees, our communities and the environment.”

Locally, East West Partners have worked on:

  • The 150-year-old historic building, 71 Wentworth
  • A community of oceanfront luxury condominiums at The Cape on Kiawah (pictured above)
  • A 22-acre retreat at The Waterfront Daniel Island
  • The repositioning and renovation of The Ryder, a 91-room hotel that opened May 2021 on Meeting Street
