Patriots Point Serving As Toys for Tots Donation Site
Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum, home of the USS Yorktown and USS Laffey, announced that it will be an official Toys for Tots donation drop-off site. The museum is offering free parking to visitors who bring a new and unwrapped toy donation through Tuesday, December 13th.
Toys for Tots was created and supported by the U.S. Marine Corps and the Marine Corps Reserve. Donation boxes are located near the museum’s ticket office and inside the Ship Store. The Ship Store is offering a 20% discount on toys purchased.
The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation helps to bring the joy of Christmas and a message of hope to America’s less fortunate children through the gift of new toys.
