Brasserie la Banque Offering Caviar Specials During the Holidays
To celebrate the start of the holiday season and to commemorate the restaurant’s first anniversary, Brasserie la Banque will be offering two “Taste & Toast” caviar specials paired with celebratory bubbles. These specials will be available beginning today through New Year’s Eve.
Here are the two options:
- Duck Fat Gaufrettes with Crème Fraîche and Hackleback Caviar – $50
- Potato gaufrettes (similar to a waffle fry) fried in duck fat and seasoned with salt and black pepper. Each gaufrette is topped with crème fraîche and ½ ounce Hackleback caviar; garnished with chives and served with a glass of bubbles
- Pommes Macaire with Crème Fraîche and Osetra Caviar – $85
- Bite sized potato croquette comprised of gold potatoes, butter, and cream. Served with crème fraîche and ½ ounce Osetra caviar; garnished with chives and served with a glass of bubbles
Additionally, as the grand finale to “Taste & Toast,” Brasserie la Banque will be offering two New Year’s Eve specials as well: A Seafood Tower + Bottle of Charles Heidsieck Brut Rosé ($200) or A Seafood Tower + Bottle of Charles Heidsieck Brut Rosé + Tin of White Sturgeon Caviar ($300).
