Hotel Bennett Announces Life-Sized Gingerbread House and More Holiday Events

This winter season, Hotel Bennett is transforming their Gabrielle Plaza into the North Pole with nightly movie screenings, s’mores kits, specialty cocktails, fun activities, and more. The run runs from December 1st through the 25th.

Highlights include:

• Gingerbread House Pop-Up – From Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day
  • Stop by Hotel Bennett’s lobby to check out their life-sized gingerbread house pop-up and enjoy a hot cup of hot chocolate that you can enhance with a toppings bar. Those who are 21+ can enjoy “Jingle All the Way” – a cocktail made with hot chocolate, Frangelico, Kahlua, Bailey’s, whipped cream, marshmallows, and Christmas sprinkles
• Tree Lighting Ceremony – December 1^st, 5:30 pm – 7 pm
  • Stop by the hotel for an evening under the stars on the Gabrielle Plaza with music, festive giveaways, and surprises from Santa during Hotel Bennett’s tree lighting ceremony
• Holiday Tea at Camellias – December 1st to 3rd, 8th to 10th, 15th to 17th, 22nd to 24th (tea times from 11:30 am to 1:30 p.m and 2 pm to 4 pm)

• Wreath Making on the Piazza – December 4th and 10th from 11 am to 1 pm
  • Set on the hotel’s Piazza overlooking Marion Square Park, attend a guided workshop to discover the craft of wreath making – complete with bubbles, festive signature cocktails, and a take-home wreath for gifting or adorning any door
• Ashley Hall Choir Carolers – December 13th and 15th at 6 pm
  • Enjoy two evenings of special performances by Ashley Hall’s elementary school choirs on the Gabrielle Plaza
• The Night Before Christmas Eve – December 23rd from 4 pm to 6 pm
  • Enjoy carols and classic reads in the lobby with a mug of hot cocoa
• Breakfast with Santa – December 24th from 9 am to noon

• Letters to Santa – Dec. 1st to 24th
  • Children can write their letters to Santa right in Hotel Bennett’s lobby where the staff has polar express postage that takes letters straight to the North Pole
• Winter Pop-Up Shops – Dec. 8th to 10th, Dec. 15th to 17th, Jan. 13th
  • This winter, The Spa at Hotel Bennett is hosting a series of specially curated shopping experiences featuring local artisans, designer clothing shops, and luxury skincare lines.
