Pink Cactus to Host Tequila Dinner With Tears of Llorona on 11/29
On Tuesday, November 29th, from 6 pm to 8 pm, downtown Mexican restaurant, Pink Cactus, will host a three-course dinner featuring Oaxacan cuisine from Chef/Owner Brooke Warden that’s paired with a tequila tasting from Tears of Llorona.
Here’s a look at the menu:
- Starter
- Coconut Margarita
- First Course
- Gambas a la Plancha – Head on shrimp served with lime and ancho, paired with G4 blanco tequila
- Second Course
- Birria Taco Plate – served with chipotle consommé, paired with Hussong Reposado tequila
- Third Course – Life Raft Treats’ Tres Leches ice cream bar, paired with Years of Llorona Extra Anejo
