Lewis Announces James Island Pop-Up Event with Odyssey Bottle Shop and Snafu Brewing

Lewis Barbecue will next week host a pop-up event on James Island with Odyssey Bottle Shop and Snafu Brewing. “Snafewis Bar-Beer-Q” will be a celebration featuring barbecue, brews, and live bluegrass music from the Longhaulers.

Pitmaster John Lewis and his team will be serving the food, while Snafu & Odyssey will pour the beverages. The menu includes (subject to change):

Meat
- “CharGlazed” Pork Belly Ribs
- Smoked Lamb Breast with red chile cherry lacquer
- Pepper Crusted Beef Back Ribs
Sides
- Black-eyed peas
- Green Chile Mac n Cheese
- Slaw
Extras
- Chile Con Carne
- Escabeche

The pop-up event will take place at Odyssey Bottle Shop (987 Harbor View Rd.) on Wednesday, January 11th, from 5:30 pm until they sell out.
