Firefly Distillery Announces First Two Day Food Truck Festival
Firefly Distillery will host its first two-day Food Truck Festival on Saturday, February 4th (12 pm to 5 pm) and Sunday, February 5th (12 pm to 4 pm). In partnership with the Lowcountry Food Truck Festival, the free event will feature fare ranging from Greek to Italian cuisine and southern comfort food to healthy eats.
“We have loved celebrating the local cuisine in our community through our other food truck events, so a two-day festival will be twice the fun,” says Scott Newitt, co-founder of Firefly Distillery. “Think good food, great music, and craft cocktails. Fun for the whole family.”
Similar to past food truck festivals at the Distillery, an array of local food trucks will take over the four-acre field each day. On Firefly’s Front Porch, DJ Scotty Sain will be playing tunes from 12 pm to 4 pm. Attendees can enjoy food truck fare and craft cocktails throughout the event and are encouraged to bring chairs, pop-up tables, blankets or lawn games to spread out on the field.
