William Cogswell’s Campaign for Mayor Releases 4th Quarter Fundraising Numbers
William Cogswell’s campaign for Mayor of Charleston today announced that they have raised over $129,000 in the last quarter. All of the money was raised after Cogswell announced his candidacy in mid-October.
In Quarter 4, incumbent mayor John Tecklenburg raised $44,000, Clay Middleton raised $29,000, and Peter Shahid raised just over $27,000.
“I am overwhelmed by the financial support our campaign has received in such a short time,” Cogswell said. “These resources allow us to get out and earn the votes of citizens all across our great city. I’m honored to be leading the field and excited to get out and talk to voters about what they care about most.”
