High Cotton Welcomes New General Manager

Hall Management Group (HMG) today announced Alpha Turner (right) as the new General Manager of its High Cotton restaurant in Charleston. Turner is an industry veteran with over two decades of experience, most recently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Halls Chophouse in Greenville, South Carolina. 

“I am thrilled to take on this new role within the Hall Management Group family,” said Alpha Turner. “High Cotton is an exceptional restaurant and I look forward to furthering its legacy of exceeding “high” expectations, while curating memorable guest experiences and fostering a family culture within our team.”

A native of Guinea West Africa, Turner grew up in Georgia where he eventually launched his career. Prior to joining HMG, Turner was an Assistant General Manager at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse in Nashville.

Alpha Turner started his new position at High Cotton today.
