The Pie King to Open in the Citadel Mall Food Court

The Citadel Mall announced that The Pie King is opening in the building’s food court in March of this year. The Pie King offers handmade sweet and savory pies, including fruit pies, cheesecakes, chocolate pies, meringue, and more. 

Owner Toby Simmons is a Charleston native who began selling his baked good at Brown’s Fruit Stand in North Charleston when he was just 14 years old.

The Pie King will be located between Charley’s Steakery and Sarku Japan.
