EO Charleston to Host Leadership Seminar on Company Culture and Employee Retention

EO Charleston, the Lowcountry’s local chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global organization representing 18,000 entrepreneurs from more than 60 countries, announces it will host its “From Seeds to Trees: How Business Leaders Retain Employees for the Future” event, presented by strategic alliance partner Dr. Troy Hall, on March 8, 2023, from 4-6 p.m. at The Wonderer.

Seminar guests will hear from award-winning culture strategist, radio show host, speaker and best-selling author Dr. Troy Hall on how business owners can create a corporate culture that keeps key candidates fulfilled and engaged with their company. The event is the latest in the ELEVATE! Series presented by EO Charleston.

“When companies implement an organizational internship program for seasoned employees, they are building long-term cohesive values associated with inclusion, meaningful work and collaboration,” shared Hall. “I look forward to guiding EO’s members toward creating more cohesive teams, which researchers report are known to provide up to 50% of the lift in a business’ productivity and creativity.”

With more than 40 years of practical leadership experience, Hall has spoken at global conferences as an authority on culture, leadership, change and strategy and was recently named by ValiantCEO as one of the “top 20 companies and thought leaders who epitomize excellence in entrepreneurship, achievements and dedicated service.” Hall is known for his effective approach to developing a Cohesion Culture™ and has assisted leaders around the globe in creating company cultures that retain top talent.

Founded in 2019, EO Charleston is the only chapter of the global EO organization in South Carolina. Membership applications are open to business owners who have reached at least $1 million in revenue and are majority owners.
