Mercantile & Mash Announces “Macaron Madness”

Mercantile & Mash says they have planned their own type of March Madness for bakers. The event, “Macaron Madness,” will take place on Saturday, March 11th at 6 pm.

During the event, Mercantile & Mash’s pastry team will guide attendees through the process of professionally preparing French macarons. All materials for the class will be provided, including a half sheet macaron Silpat that attendees can take home. Wine and small bites will also be served, and attendees will bring home all macarons they bake during the class. Space is limited, and advance ticket purchase is required.
