Local Artists to Present “Resurgence,” an Immersive Art Exhibition

Published

on

For two days only, an immersive art exhibition will take place at Silver Hill Studios in downtown Charleston. The experience will feature over 25 new paintings debuted by Sam Rueter, Morgan East, and Bri Wenke. Immersive elements were created and composed by Seth Abramson and Preston Dunnavant.

The artists say this fully immersive experience explores the nuances and cycles surrounding grief, nostalgia, and healing through the use of sensory immersion. Interactive projections, soundscapes, and visual arts will collide to bring each viewer into a world of curiosity and exploration.

Food and drink will be available for purchase both nights of the event. Tickets are just $5 if purchased ahead of time, otherwise they will be $10 at the door.

The exhibition is partially funded by the Lowcountry Quarterly Arts Grants Program.
