Prohibition to Launch Friday Lunch as Part of St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations

Published

on

This Friday, Prohibition will be celebrating more than St. Patrick’s Day. In addition to holiday festivities, the downtown bar and restaurant will also launch its new Friday lunch menu featuring new dishes by Executive Chef Greg Garrison.

Prohibition will open its doors at 11 am for lunch and to kick off their St. Patrick’s Day celebration. The day will include opportunities to taste various Irish whiskies and take home some swag. Plus, the Danny Burns Band will play live from 4 pm to 6 pm.

The new lunch menu will feature a selection of shared plates, sandwiches, burgers, and more. New dishes include the Korean BBQ Fried Chicken served on a buttermilk biscuit with house pickles, the Steak Frites made with a 10-oz. strip steak and served with crispy fries and Garrison’s interpretation of A1 sauce, and the Crispy Chicken Melt served on a brioche bun with buttermilk chive dressing. Each week will also feature a new burger. The “TGIF Burger” is a 7-oz. burger patty with the chef’s choice of finishings.

You can see the menu here.
