The Jasper Honored with Charleston Apartment Association Diamond Award

Today, The Beach Company announced The Jasper was honored at the annual Charleston Apartment Association (CAA) Diamond Awards ceremony held on March 24th. The Jasper (right), a mixed-use community located in downtown Charleston’s historic district, won the Sapphire Diamond Award for Community of the Year in the Communities (0-2 years) category, and Brooklyn Paul, leasing consultant at The Jasper, won 2022 Leasing Professional of the Year.
