Crush Yard Reveals Their Food & Beverage Menu
Mount Pleasant’s first pickleball club and restaurant Crush Yard this week revealed its food and beverage menu. The venue will be located at 3365 S. Morgans Point Road and is expected to have eight pickleball courts, an outdoor lounge, and play area with dining spaces integrated throughout.
Executive Chef Brandon Buck’s creations include shareables like Smoked Dry Rub Chicken Wings, Pretzel Bites with Holy City Beer Cheese, Crabby Fries, and Mexican Pizza bring a surprising twist to the appetizer selection. Main dishes include options like the Crush Burger on a fresh pretzel bun, Japanese Eggplant Parm, Roasted Mushroom and Goat Cheese Toast, and four fresh salad options (Buffalo, Southwestern, Asian, and Kale). Guests can also look forward to finishing their meal with treats like house-made Cotton Candy and Churro Bites. Crush Yard will also offer gluten-free and vegetarian items, along with a kid’s menu.
The venue will also have a self-serve beverage system and will carry 36 beers (including 26 local varieties), ten wines, and six seasonal cocktails on tap. Beers will range in style from pilsners and lagers to sours and IPAs, and the first featured cocktails will be a Margarita, Moscow Mule, Bourbon Smash, “Espressotini,” Rum Punch, and Cosmopolitan.
