Maya Announces Extended Lunch Hours and Festive Specials for Cinco de Mayo
In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, Maya is offering extended lunch hours and festive specials on Friday, May 5th. From noon until 10 pm, guests can enjoy the full Maya menu, plus:
- Auqachile with poached shrimp, cucumbers, leche de Tigre, and fresh herbs
- Chilaquiles with fried tortilla chips, chipotle queso, salsa verde, shaved onions, and black beans
- Grilled Flank Steak Taco with tamari marinade, chimichurri salsa, herb slaw, and charred scallion relish
- Lebanese Chicken Taco with roasted garlic aioli, ancho chili powder, and herb mix
- Poached Shrimp Taco with shredded lettuce, Baja aioli, tajin, and picked onions
- Cauliflower Caesar Salad with hearts of romaine, roasted cauliflower, grilled scallions, cotija cheese, and anchovy vinaigrette
Chips and guac, salsa, and queso will be available until 11 pm, along with the full beverage menu including classic margaritas and other Mexican-inspired cocktails.
Reservations can be made here, and walk-ins are always welcome.
