Taco Boy’s Seasonal Menu Refresh Brings New Cocktails
This week, Taco Boy unveiled some new beverage additions to its seasonal spring/summer menu.
Some of the new additions include:
Tropical Frozen Margaritas — mango with salt; hibiscus with cinnamon-fennel salt; strawberry with salt; pineapple-passion fruit with house tajin
Blueberry Crush — Tito’s Vodka infused with blueberries, blueberry-lavender cordial, fresh lemon, brut sparkling wine
Mr. Prickly’s Rum Punch — Plantation Dark, Cruzan light, Peirre Ferrand Dry Curacao, passion fruit puree, pineapple, orange juices, house tajin
Sandia — Lunazul blanco, triple sec, fresh watermelon and lemon juices, agave, salt
Carajillo (available brunch only) — tequila, licor 43, one nation coffee
“The Sandia cocktail is summertime in a glass,” Holllingsworth said. “It’s super refreshing. The Blueberry Crush is a seductive pairing of blueberries and lavender to intoxicate the palette and the olfactory senses. And Mr. Prickly’s balances the vanilla and molasses tones of light and dark rum with dry curacao and drives it home with the sweet acidity of fresh orange, pineapple, and passion fruit.”
Also new on the menu is a Gran Coramino responsado cristalino
Cirstalinos are aged tequilas that have been filtered to remove any color added by the barrel during the aging process, leaving the tequila “crystal clear.” The Tequila Menu also includes a variety of blanco, reposado, and anejo agave tequilas and mezcals.
