The Void to Present “SHIP by Douglas Williams”
The Void, a new local theatre company, will soon present their second show, SHIP by Douglas Williams, at Hed Hi Studio in downtown Charleston. The performance is directed by Clyde Moser.
New local theatre company, The Void, is back with a second show after a sold out run with SHIP by Douglas Williams. The performances will run June 29th, 30th, and July 1st at 7:30 pm. The cast features The Void’s artistic director Shannon Vogt, playing Nell, a young woman who is back home after a stint in rehab and has one goal in mind: to be the very best history tour guide at their local maritime museum. That is, until she finds out that another legend has moved back home as well. Nell becomes obsessed with him and his Guinness World Record length finger nails. This play is about trust, sickness in your family, and what to do when your whole identity is taken from you.
