Piccolo Spoleto Moves “Sunset Serenade” to Charleston Music Hall
Due to impending weather conditions tomorrow evening, Piccolo Spoleto’s Sunset Serenade will be hosted indoors at the Charleston Music Hall. The concert will be first-come, first-seated. The lobby and concessions will open at 7 pm. Doors to the music hall will open at 7:30 pm.
The free concert will launch the 2023 Piccolo Spoleto Festival and features the Charleston Symphony under the direction of Artistic Director Yuriy Bekker, as well as vocalist Alva Anderson and the College of Charleston Trumpet Ensemble, under the direction of Antonio Marti.
The program will include popular and festive selections by John Williams, George Gershwin, Giuseppi Verdi, and more classical favorites.
