Periwinkle Kitchen & Juice Bar Replacing Kinfolk on Johns Island

As previously reported, KinFolk, the Johns Island restaurant that specialized in Southern-style smoked meats, pulled pork, fried chicken, and soft serve ice cream, has closed, but we now know what will be replacing it. According to a poster hanging in one Kinfolk’s windows (above), the restaurant will relaunch as Periwinkle Kitchen & Juice Bar.
There has been no official announcement, but the new concept does appear to be hiring. Holy City Sinner will share more details as they are announced.
Periwinkle Kitchen & Juice Bar will be located at 4430 Betsy Kerrison Pkwy.
