National Health Brand to Host “Meet Up” Festival in Charleston
Healthy lifestyle brand Eager 2 Motivate Fitness (E2M Fitness) wants to motivate Charleston residents to live better by bringing their signature ‘meet up’ to the Lowcountry as part of its national health and fitness series. The event, which is open to the public, will take place Saturday, June 3rd at Johns Island County Park from 9 am to 3 pm.
The event will kick off with a free 45-minute HIIT workout and feature music and entertainment by DJ Krazy T, games, food trucks, and live demonstrations from E2M Kitchen’s Chef Andres Chaparro who will showcase healthy meal tips for various lifestyles. Vendors including BriteSpot Engraving, Triple E Mfg, Charleston Coffee Exchange, and Green Mission Possible will also be on-site. Guests participating in the workout should bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
During the event, E2M Fitness will also make a consecutive, annual donation to My Sister’s House, a Charleston-based non-profit organization on a mission to eradicate domestic violence by providing victims with comprehensive support, services, education, and housing.
Currently, more than 20,000 Charleston residents are members of the fast-growing fitness group and nearly 1,000 have already committed to participating. E2M Fitness hosts other Meet Up events in cities including Columbia, Charlotte, Raleigh, Virginia Beach and Philadelphia.
