The Vendue Announces Major Renovation

Model Room for 26 Vendue

The Vendue on Monday announced that the downtown hotel will be undergoing a renovation to its 26 Vendue building starting in June. The project is expected to be complete by year’s end, and will include updates to the guest rooms, as well as reimagined common areas throughout the hotel.

The renovated 26 Vendue is meant to offer a more private and relaxed feel with interiors featuring “warm colors, dim lighting, and soft velvet elements complemented by exposed brick walls and wooden beams, highlighting the historic feel intrinsic to the building.” Upon completion of the hotel’s renovation, guests will have the opportunity to choose from two distinct experiences between 19 Vendue and 26 Vendue. The former is known for its bold looks, vibrant art collection, and overall upbeat art gallery vibes.

The renovation will take a phased approach to allow for the property and its amenities to remain open to guests.
