BCDCOG to Host Town of Awendaw Comprehensive Plan Open House
Town of Awendaw residents are invited to attend a Comprehensive Plan Open House, hosted in partnership by the Town and Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments, from 6 pm to 8 pm on Thursday, June 22nd in Awendaw Town Hall Council Chambers, located at 6971 Doar Road.
During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to provide critical input on preliminarily defined goals and guiding principles that will shape the future of Awendaw. Residents of all ages – including Awendaw youth and young adults – are encouraged to participate.
“There’s no question that Awendaw’s brightest days are yet to come, and we look forward to working alongside our residents – the men and women who know our community best – to make that vision a reality,” said Awendaw Town Administrator Gregory Saxton.
