Lexus Charleston Fashion Week The Events Returns This October

Lexus Charleston Fashion Week (Lexus CFW) announced that “Lexus CFW The Events,” a two-night celebration will return on October 13th and 14th at Festival Hall in downtown Charleston. New this year is the first online social media Emerging Designer Competition for fashion designers from all over the country.

This two-night fashion celebration will include:

• Each evening showcases 5 runway shows featuring the latest in fashion including the Emerging Designer Competition winner on Friday night, plus a Featured Designer each night.
• Shop several curated pop-ups shops with the hottest in accessories and fashion
• Multiple experiences with a 3-D photo booth, bites, libations, live interviews, and more
• Honor the Lexus CFW Hometown Heroes, some of Charleston’s finest first responders at the event Saturday night

“Lexus CFW 2022 was a great success, and 2023 will be no different,” said Jacqueline Lawrence, the Executive Director of Lexus CFW, The Events. “In fact, the goal is for it to be  even better by reinstituting the Emerging Designer Competition. In an online world, it only made  sense to bring social into the mix and accept submissions on Instagram. The winner will be decided  by an expert fashion panel, including fashion expert Andrea Serrano, Fashion Communication Executive, Tiffin Jernstedt and Darcy Shankland, Editor-in-Chief of Charleston Magazine. Tickets go on sale in July. Be sure to get them before they are gone!”
