The Gallery Salon Expanding to Open Largest Hair Salon in Charleston

The Gallery Salon, a full-service beauty studio in Mount Pleasant, is officially relocating to open what they say will be the largest hair salon in the Charleston area on Sunday, July 9th. The sixteen-chair salon will be located in the newly-built Bowman Place buildings at 1374 Old Georgetown Road, Suite 101 in Mount Pleasant. The Grand Opening Party, wich will be held on Wednesday, July 12th, from 5 pm to 8 pm, will feature live music, complimentary drinks, snacks, and giveaways.

“Expanding our boutique salon has been a dream of mine. Myself and all of the artists at The Gallery are excited to deliver our elevated salon experience to more clients in the Charleston community,” said Gianna Lundgren, owner and master stylist at The Gallery Salon. “The goal was to create a luxurious space that is welcoming for our amazing Artists and clients.”

Featuring music from DJ Sista Mistas, delectable charcuterie boards from On The Board, complimentary cocktails from Chug-A-Lug Wagon, and giveaways from many local businesses, the Grand Opening Party will introduce the new location to the community.

Tripling in size, the new, large-scale salon includes floor vacuums, a curated wine tap, working stations, alounge area for clients, and salon-quality air purifiers. Beyond a standard haircut and color, the full-service salon is continually creating new services including extension installation, smoothing services, facial waxing, blowout and makeup packages, and more.
