Wild Common Announces 5th Annual Puerto Rican Summer Dinner Series
This summer, Wild Common Executive Chef Orlando Pagán celebrates his Puerto Rican roots with a special dinner series held the last Sunday of each month throughout the summer.
From the Luquillo food kiosks to the lush El Yunque rainforest, the menus will offer a culinary tour inspired by Chef Pagan’s “Enchanted Island” hometown. Guests can expect creative takes on traditional Puerto Rican favorites including Mofongo Relleno de Mariscos (mashed plantains with local seafood), Arroz con Gandules, Pernil Asado y Yuca al Mojo (roasted pork, rice and pigeon peas), Flan de queso, and more.
Tickets for the four course dinners are $85 per person, and reservations can be made via Resy. Please note that allergies and dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated for this special pop-up series.
Schedule:

Reservation times are at 6 pm, 7 pm, and 8 pm.
