Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary Announces 1968 Corvette Convertible Charity Auction
Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary says “a very generous benefactor has donated a seriously sweet car” to be auctioned off with all proceeds benefiting the nonprofit. The car, a 1968 Chevy Corvette Convertible Stingray, is red with a black interior and a black top, is in great driving condition, and has recently been restored. All proceeds from the vehicle auction will benefit Hallie Hill Animal Sanctuary, a nonprofit for dogs and cats in need.
The Corvette is powered by a Chevy 350 engine with an upgraded HEI ignition system and a rebuilt carburetor. The transmission is a 4-speed manual standard shift with a recently rebuilt shifter. The tires are brand new with around 30 miles on them and four months old. The paint has been professionally restored, compounded, polished, and waxed. The interior of the vehicle is in fantastic shape and all original.
Hallie Hill hopes the car will generate more than $45,000 based on the car’s value. Interested people can find out more information and place a bid through the eBay listing FOUND HERE. Final bids must be placed by Wednesday, July 5th at 12:05 pm.
