The Establishment to Host 5-Course Dinner Benefitting SC Aquarium’s Good Catch Program

The next event in The Establishment’s second annual Give Back Charleston Dinner Series will feature Executive Chef Russ Moore from Slightly North of Broad and will be held on Monday, July 17th.

Dinner will begin at 6:30 pm with happy hour and light hors d’oeuvres kicking things off at 5:30 pm. The menu will consist of five courses with wine pairings and all proceeds will benefit South Carolina Aquarium’s Good Catch Program.

Here’s the expected menu:

• Tarvin Shrimp Stew – coconut broth, oyster mushrooms, lime
• Loinfish Ceviche – escabeche, citrus, herb salad
• Grilled Triggerfish – spoonbread, tomato confit, crispy okra
• Monkfish Wellington – pomme purée, country ham, red wine veal reduction
• Key Lime Semifreddo – fresh berries

FYI – the menu is presented as is and there are no substitutions.
