The Beach Company Announces Three New Hires and Four Summer Interns
Today, The Beach Company, a leader in residential and commercial real estate brokerage, development and property management, announced three new hires and four summer interns joining the company.
Mary Caroline Gazecki will be joining The Beach Company as a concierge and events assistant at The Jasper, a luxury mixed-use community located in historic downtown Charleston. With a bachelor’s degree in retailing from the University of South Carolina, Gazecki will provide services to residents and assist with resident events. Prior to joining The Beach Company, Gazecki worked as a property management intern at PMC Property Group in Columbia.
Casey Hoffman has been hired as associate director of marketing at The Beach Company. In this role, Hoffman will manage Kiawah River real estate brokerage marketing plans, market research and reporting and advertising campaigns. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration. Hoffman brings 15 years of marketing experience, including six years in the commercial real estate industry. She previously worked as senior marketing manager for Sands Investment Group.
Taylor Woods has been hired as community engagement coordinator at Kiawah River, a waterfront agrihood on Johns Island. Woods most recently worked as concierge and events manager at The Jasper in downtown Charleston, and brings additional experience in hospitality management, event planning and food and beverage. She will be responsible for coordinating community events, facilitating homeowner relationships and collaborating with Auberge Resorts leading up to the opening of the Dunlin, Auberge Resorts Collection. Woods graduated with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from East Carolina University.
Charles Frazer, a senior at Washington and Lee University majoring in business administration, will intern on the development team at Kiawah River. Originally from Norfolk, Va., Frazer brings valuable industry experience from his latest internship with SL Nusbaum Realty.
Caroline Mathisen is a recent graduate of Wofford College, where she earned her finance degree. Originally from Mount Pleasant, Mathisen will be a part of the Beach Real Estate Funds team, assisting with all acquisitions, investor relations and asset management functions.
Isabella Spuler, a senior at Clemson University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, will intern with The Beach Company’s human resources team. As a career ambassador for Clemson’s Center for Career and Professional Development, Spuler supports her classmates in crafting resumes that align with career objectives. She additionally is an active member of Clemson’s Society of Human Resources Management chapter.
Vincent Wilcox, a senior at the College of Charleston majoring in commercial real estate finance, will intern with The Beach Company’s commercial brokerage team. In this role, Wilcox will shadow brokers as well as assist in marketing and sales responsibilities.
