Website: South Carolina is One of America’s Worst Social Media Sinners
BonusFinder.com, a casino website, released a report on America’s Worst Social Media Sins and Sinners, a look at which US states are most prone to committing bad behavior online. The company found South Carolina was the 10th worst behaving state on social media.
The website surveyed over 3,000 Americans about their social media habits ranging from their tendencies to argue with celebrities online to sending nudes.
Highlights:
- New York is the worst behaving state on social media with nearly two in three (62.1%) of residents committing bad behavior online
- The Empire State was followed by Washington (46.3%) and Illinois (44%), while Oregon (7.3%) was revealed to be the most well behaved state on social media
- America’s most commonly conducted bad behavior included arguing with others (37.7%), publishing regrettable content while angry (29.2%) and sending sexually provocative messages (22.9%)
