“On today’s date, Bland Richter filed their Reply to Alex Murdaugh’s and his lawyers’ continued attempts to try and make the sons of Gloria Satterfield parties to his current litigation in Federal Court by Nautilus Insurance Company in their attempt to get Alex Murdaugh to repay the 3.8 million he stole from the Satterfield sons with the help of others. Last week, Murdaugh and his attorneys Dick Harpootlian and Jim Griffin lost their attempt in state court to invalidate and vacate the Confession of Judgment of 4.3 million dollars that Murdaugh gave to the Satterfield sons in May of 2022. That was a significant victory. A true case of Buyer’s remorse by Team Murdaugh.
