Clothing, accessory and lifestyle brand Ala von Auersperg hosted a cocktail event at their Church Street store for the Historical Society of Palm Beach County featuring a preview of the Society’s upcoming grand exhibition, “Endless Summer: Palm Beach Resort Wear.” The Palm Beaches and The Scout Guide Charleston co-hosted the event.

Curated by Cameron Silver, a well-known figure in the fashion space with a love for vintage, “Endless Summer” shares the impact of the decades of trendsetters who came to South Florida and shed their layers. Ala von Auersperg’s breathable, flexible fabrics and paradise-centric prints made them the perfect venue to preview this beautiful exhibit in Charleston.

Charlestonians previewed the display from August 7th to 11th, with Ala von Auersperg donating 10% of all sales from that week to the Historical Society of Palm Beach County. The community celebrated the Endless Summer exhibit in the store on Thursday night at the cocktail party, which was attended by notable guests like Jacqueline Lawrence, Executive Director of Charleston Fashion Week, Stylist/Producer Andrea Serrano, and fashion influencers Julianne Taylor, Shaniequa Washington and Lisa Pontius.
