The Post and Courier say it is prepped to continue publication and delivery to subscribers during Tropical Storm/Hurricane Idalia.
The newspaper said the following in a press release:

The Hurricane Wire newsletter will send daily updates via email to those who have signed up starting on Tuesday, August 29, and the E-Paper is also available for subscribers.
Our award-winning newsroom will be fully staffed 24/7 with breaking news, updates, continuous weather reports and information vital to the Lowcountry and South Carolina as a whole throughout the storm.
