Maya to Host Second Anniversary Event with a Guest Chef

On Saturday, September 23rd and Sunday, September 24th, Maya will host “Coast to Coast: Oaxaca to Charleston,” a night of Oaxacan cuisine from Charleston Chefs Jullian Abarca (Maya) and Luis Martinez (Owner/Founder, Tequio Foods).

The five-course dinner, with curated cocktail pairings, will be fully gluten free with an emphasis on seafood and heritage corn. The chefs will take guests through a lesson on the significance of the ingredients and the modern perception of Mexican cuisine.

Tickets are $100 per person and can be booked through OpenTable. There will be seatings at 5 pm and 8 pm each night.
