Jason Sakran Endorses Stephanie Hodges for Charleston City Council District 3
Outgoing Charleston City Councilman Jason Sakran announced his support for Stephanie Hodges (above) to replace him on City Council. Councilman Sakran currently represents District 3, which is located downtown. After redistricting, District 3 was moved to Johns Island and a portion of James Island.
“Stephanie Hodges is precisely the type of council member we need on City Council,” said Councilman Sakran. “If you live on Johns Island, I urge you to consider casting your vote for her.”
In response to the endorsement, Stephanie Hodges said, “I am deeply honored to have the support of Councilman Sakran. He knows firsthand what it takes to be effective on the council and his endorsement underscores our shared vision for a prosperous and inclusive Charleston.”
