Kaleide, an Immersive Experience for Fans of House Music, to be held on Mosquito Beach
Kaleide, an immersive experience for lovers and connoisseurs of house music, will be held on Mosquito Beach on Saturday, September 30th.
Holy City House Music, the event organizers, provided the following details on Kaleide:
“The word kaleidoscope comes from a Greek phrase meaning ‘to view a beautiful form.’ It’s a fascinating toy that uses light and mirrors to reflect objects and creates beautiful repeating patterns.
Music is an art of sound in time that expresses ideas and emotions in significant forms through the elements of rhythm, melody, harmony, and color.
Kaleide is an immersive experience created to bring lovers and connoisseurs of house music together in a space focused on inclusivity, deep connection, dancing, and celebrating life through music.
We are excited to host Kaleide at Mosquito Beach, SC, a historic and vibrant gathering place known for bringing people together in community.
We invite you to Kaleide with us and experience the scenic space while letting yourself be carried away by the pleasure of the music. Early arrival is encouraged to catch one of Charleston’s premier sunset views as we journey into the evening and dance beneath the moon and stars. Sounds will be curated by local house music DJs including Wait for Me, DTRK, and Bran Saint Rand.
Our friends from Mahalo Vodka will be providing samples of their latest libations to complement the vibrations and live life in gratitude.
Attendees are welcome to BYO beverage and food. Additional F&B offerings will be available onsite for donation, with proceeds supporting the Gullah Convention & Visitors Bureau, Quaponda Tribe, Local Artists, Live Music, and Land & Culture Preservation.
21+ to drink. All are welcome to dance.
