Saxton & Stump Welcomes Attorney Jennifer Williams to its Business and Probate Group

Saxton & Stump is pleased to announce the addition of Jennifer Williams, Esq. (above), to its Charleston office. Williams has an extensive background in business law, commercial real estate, trusts and estates, and general counsel. Williams has earned the reputation of being a “Swiss army knife” for her business clients, thanks to her ability to offer creative legal solutions and business strategies for various issues. 

“As the Charleston office continues to expand, we are speaking to many attorneys at the top of their game who want to make a change. We are thrilled to bring Jennifer on board to complement the already strong business, real estate, and trusts and estates practice we have in Charleston,” said Saxton & Stump CEO James Saxton.

Williams comes to Saxton & Stump from her own established firm, citing the strong sense of teamwork and warm culture as her reason for making the move. Williams prides herself on delivering professional results with personal attention, cultivating a meaningful relationship with each client.

“I’ve gotten where I am by doing good work without taking shortcuts, by being genuine and authentically connecting and being present with my clients. That’s what’s important to me,” Williams adds. “I have my own expectations to meet, and none could be higher.”

Williams is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and is admitted to practice in the state of South Carolina and the Federal District Court of South Carolina. Before establishing her own firm, she worked for a sizable transactional firm in Charlotte, a civil litigation firm in Charleston, the Attorney General’s Office, and the 9th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
