10th Annual Rockabillaque Returns to North Charleston in November

Published

on

Vive Le Rock Productions is excited to bring back Rockabillaque Charleston, the event that celebrates all things mid-century Americana culture, for a special 10th Anniversary year in the historic Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston on November 18th, 2023. The festival, the biggest event of its kind in the south, is free to attend. This year’s Rockabillaque Festival will support men’s health programs funded by Movember.

Rockabillaque began back in 2012 as a one block Car Show with a flatbed stage and six bands playing with around 1,200 attendees. The festival has grown into a multi-block event with over six outdoor stages, a car and bike show boasting over 400 vehicles, live music featuring national and international music acts, a pinup contest, and so much more. Rockabillaque has also expanded into southwest Florida where it is celebrating its 4th year.

The 10th Anniversary weekend begins on Friday, November 17th with a kick-off party at Commonhouse Aleworks featuring live music from regional and national music acts. On Saturday, November 18th, Rockabillaque’s main event returns to the E. Montague in Park Circle featuring the Classic Car & Vintage Bike Show, live music on six outdoor stages, contests including Pin-Up and Tattoo Contests, a Vendor Market, and more. This year also includes the first Atomic Splash Pool Party at the Starlight Motor Inn on Sunday, November 19th.

This year’s entertainment features a lineup of local, regional and national acts including Bloodshot Bill, Les Greene & The Televisionar, Lara Hope & The Ark-Tones, Hillbilly Casino, Eddie Clendening & The Blue Ribbon Boys, Les Greene & The Swayzees, The Tan & Sober Gentlemen, Sean K Preston & The Loaded Pistols, Them!, The Patina Turners, Vaden Landers, Little Sheba & The Shamans, Johnny & The Broken Hearts The Defilers, Jared Petteys & The Headliners, Mission Critical, Hot Club Of Charleston, Brady & The Bazookas, The Jordan Igoe Band, The Innocents, Mike Martin & The Beautiful Mess, Pleasure Chest, and more to be announced.
