Hanahan Library Announces Spanish Storytime

Berkeley County Library System (BCLS) and Hanahan Library are inviting children ages birth-5 years (although additional ages are welcome) to Spanish Storytime on October 14th, 2023 from 10 am to 10:30 am and listen to their favorite stories, in Spanish, told by volunteers with dancing and singing.

Research indicates that children who are immersed in their native language, through conversations, stories, and songs, will have an easier time learning to read in their second language.

“Please join Ms. Cristina for Storytime in Spanish,” said Kirstin Steele, Branch Librarian.
