Comedy Against Cancer Show brings Katherine Blanford back to Charleston

National touring comedian Katherine Blanford will be back in Charleston on October 18th to help raise money for the Hollings Cancer Center on October 18th.

Cancer isn’t funny…. But do you know what is? A great evening of laughter provided by our local comic talents, and special guest Katherine Blanford! Katherine has brought her ‘human Golden Retriever’ presence to stages across the country, where she has shared the stage with the likes of Jeff Foxworthy, David Spade, and Ron White.

She’ll have you laughing over her true confessions of a washed up “Pediatric Waste Management Specialist” (a nanny), and War stories from the front lines of Brunch. Her unique humor has taken her to Comedy Festivals across the nation including Limestone Comedy Festival, Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, 10,000 Laughs, Burning Bridges Festival and Red Clay Festival. Katherine’s first album, “Salt Daddy”, was released June 2022 and debuted at #1 on iTunes .

You can catch Katherine co-hosting her weekly podcast, “Cheaties”, with fellow ATL comedian, Lace Larrabee. This juicy series follows two comedians interviewing guests about their personal stories of cheating, and being cheated on, while helping each other heal through laughter. “Cheaties” has been consecutively ranked in Podcast Magazine’s “Hot 50” and continues to climb the charts.
