Hear From Candidates at Charleston Mayoral Forum on Climate Action
Join the Charleston Climate Coalition, League of Women Voters Charleston Area, Robert Lunz Sierra Club Charleston, CofC Environmental and Sustainability Studies Program, Charleston Moves, Sustainability Institute, and Root Down Building Collective at the Charleston Mayoral Forum on Climate Action. The event is taking place Thursday, October 12th at the TD Arena. All six Charleston Mayoral candidates will be attending and discussing their climate policy.
“From buildings to transportation to nature preservation to environmental justice, the actions our Mayor takes in the coming years will define Charleston’s approach to climate change,” said Belvin Olasov, co-director, Charleston Climate Coalition. “We look forward to substantive discussions on these areas and more at the Charleston Mayoral Forum on Climate Action.”
